Nar walked to the large window over looking the village he and his men had just conquered. It had been too easy. He and the other pigmen had marched in, their numbers far greater than the humans. Within an hour of the battle beginning, many had abandoned their cause, the rest slaughtered. At the end, the lord of the manor that controlled the village had fled, the rest surrendering to him, and Nar had taken the lord's title and manor for himself. It would make a good base for his further conquests.
