Drake was laid out on a cleared out patch of ground. Despite being freezing, Drake was used to the cold. He learned to cope. Learned to resist. With his own kind becoming slowly extinct, he had to learn how to survive harshly. He gave a small yawn. Sniffing the air. Something sweet, yet unfamiliar. He he didn't move. He waited. Just in case it was a trick of his mind.

Amaria flicked her lion-like tail with a tuft of long, somehow silky hair. Her long mane a bit tangled from the rough winter winds, hopefully humans wouldn't find her. Or elves, as long as anything that didn't walk and two legs and ate meat didn't find her she would be find. She carefully attempted to spread the scent more, her curved horn dipping with her head.

His ears pricked up like thorns, and he sniffed the air again. No change. But suddenly it got stronger, and stronger. He got up, raising his nose into the air. Heat. He thought. That that could only mean one thing. Unicorn. He couldn't really be more happy. He hasn't seen one of his kind for ages.

He quickly began to follow the enticing scent. Determined not to lose it as he quickly trotted across the snow-covered land.

He then scented the Female with her own Scent, and he squinted, trying to track her down.

Her body shivered heavily, trying not to slump over in such weather. She would need to find somewhere warmer, be it in a cavern or someplace near humans. Another dead unicorn would not progress the race, she closed her eyes. Coming to a halt, maybe spreading the intoxicating scent would help. Body heat, and such. She dug at the snow with her hoof.

He was about to move forward, when something caught his eye. Movement. He slowly trotted to the left, where the movement was, and what he saw, well, he was taken aback.

A beautiful mare was right there. He slowly trotted forward, huffing softly to make his presence seen. He did stop, to show he meant no harm. But her scent was basically dragging him towards her.

Amaria felt like falling over and let the snow engulf her, ear twitching through her shivering frame at a sound. Not a wolf, or any beast that could take down such a vulnerable mare. "Hello?" She asked softly, glancing around as her teeth chattered.

He stepped closer. "Hello." He greeted, his icy Blue eyes curious and confused. "You seem cold..." He said with a tilt of his head. Sure, his eyes did show a small amount of lust from her scent. But his mind was intact. He was frozen to the bone right now. So that also helped him being distracted from the sweet scent.

She turned her shivering body around, a small gasp escaping her dainty lips. "Oh my!" She took note of his physical appearance, cold just as her - and a unicorn. As if both were destined to meet. The lust in his eyes made her wary, but she knew it was how he found her. She had been the one spreading the scent. "Yes, surely this storm will pass - I'm so glad you found me, i-it's been rare to see another of our kind."

He smiled softly. "I am just as glad to see you." He said, relief in his voice. "Its like we are just vanishing from this world... " He sighed. "I am Drake." He greeted with a dip of his head. "Not seen one of our kind in weeks. Months even." He said sadly.

"This storm will surely pass. But if we stay out here, we will probably die before it passes." He said, looking around for a place of warmth.

"I've seen some mares, none with foal. We spoke, left each other alone. I don't remember the last time I saw a herd." She said quietly, only to nod her head. "I am Amaria." She blinked her eyes, trying to keep her teeth from chattering. "W-we will, I suppose we should get moving."

He gave a small nod. "A foal in this weather would surely die if out too long. I can see why." He said softly. He trotted towards the Mare, to speak to her more clearly through the strong breeze. But now that he did get close, her scent got more alluring.

"No a good place to search?" He asked. He hasn't been to this part. So he was new to this area.

"Spring will bring more foals, hopefully." She was glad he was getting closer, her tail flicking as she turned around. She began to trot through the snow storm, "I think there's a cave system. Abandoned gem mine or something, close..."

He swallowed as she turned her back to him. Causing him to get her flu sweet scent. He held back from just leaping at her. And walks to the side of her. "Well, that is better than nothing." He said with a small smile. He squinted as snow pelted his face. Pushing against the wind as it blew at them. Geez, this storm had to pick up fast.

She was itchy, and obviously because of her heat. If there was no other way to warm down she would gladly let the other mount her. She picked up the pace into a canter, pausing now and then to make sure Drake was following. Soon enough she spotted the cave by the glowing of the gems, she picked up the pace and entered quickly. Waiting for him while she shivered violently.

He sped into a Gallop, the snow kicking up behind him as he followed Amaria. Her scent making him follow her even more precisely through the blinding storm. Well, maybe it is good for things other than making Stalions lustful. He finally entered the Cave, shivering slightly. "Finally out that horrid storm!" He sighed in relief.

She offered him a smile, soon looking to the gems that glowed. An abandoned mine shaft, carts left out and the rails slowly rotting. She still shivered, nodding to him. "Glad you kept up, let's get deeper." She said with a giggle, soon trotting off. With each step, the scent slowly filled up the cave.

He shivered slightly as he followed her, his eyes trailing to her rear. But he focused ahead. Or at least tried to. He quickened his pace so that he was beside her. But her scent just filled the air. Just making his slightly crazy.

Amaria was quite aware she was being watched, well aware of her heat. And she wasn't lasting much on her urges either, however more reassured as he kept himself calm. She soon came to a stop in a nook, with chairs toppled around and boxes. Obviously one of the first bases the humans had made before giving up. She came to a halt, soon turning to Drake.

"Here, let's mate." She said bluntly, surely he'd know it would be for the future of the race. Not just her lust and needs.

He slowly eyed her. Walking towards her, sniffing the air. Sniffing her scent. "You're serious about this.. aren't you." He said already getting g aroused at the words of her consent.

Although, he did wait for her to reply. His tail flicking, he circled to her rear, leaning down to her tail, gently nosing at her tail for permission. He would at least be gently and considerate towards her. This was for their race after all.

"I'm very serious, just be gentle." She paused, despite him already pacing at her rear. At his touch, she brushed her tail to the side. Revealing her damp entrance, she let out a shiver.

He breathed in her sweet scent, and put his cold nose to her entrance, and soon, rasping his tongue over it. "Do not worry. I will be gentle." He said. "This your first time?" He asked, rasping another lick over her lips.

"I trust you," Amaria let out a gasp soon enough as he grazed over her core, ears twitching as another shiver came across her. She herself was unsure if it was from the cold still, or the pleasure. "Y-yes it is... oh..." She trailed off, moaning.

"Mine too. So we are both new to this sort of thing." He said, smiling sheepishly. His member has slowly revealed itself, throbbing softly at the knowing knowledge of what the two were in for. He roughly nuzzled her entrance. Wanting g to get her fully ready for him to mount her and start.

She craned her neck, glancing back at him. Another moan escaping her as he nuzzled her core again, juices trickling down her legs. "I-it'll be fun for both of us."
